2. Low temperature baking paint belongs to acrylic baking paint, which is mainly composed of acrylic resin, pigment, additives, organic solvents, etc. Low temperature baking paint is mainly used for steel, aluminum, metal materials, etc.
3. Low temperature baking paint is suitable for air spraying construction. It is dry at room temperature, and the construction viscosity is about 16S (coating-4 viscometer). If the spraying viscosity exceeds the main branch, there is wire drawing phenomenon. Generally, it is suitable to spray two courses. The interval time is generally 30min, which can be used together with epoxy primer and acrylic primer.

4. Mix with the ratio of low temperature baking paint, hardener and diluent, and mix well. After painting, the painting tools or pipelines should be cleaned immediately, so as to avoid that the residual coating is not easy to clean once it is dry. When using the paint, it should be fully stirred evenly, the bottom of the barrel should be cleaned with diluent, and mixed into the color mixing barrel to prevent the color difference caused by pigment sinking. Before spraying, the surface of metal to be coated shall be cleaned and treated by degreasing, derusting, pickling, phosphating, etc. Otherwise, it will lead to poor adhesion or oil spots and other defects. After spraying, let it stand for 5-10 minutes to make the solvent in the paint film volatilize and level off, bake it according to the specified temperature and time, and pay attention to the baking temperature / time (otherwise, the film performance will be affected). The spraying viscosity should be adjusted according to the temperature of the coating environment, with high temperature and low viscosity. The paint mixing barrel shall be clean and the paint shall be free of water and sundries. Due to different materials (galvanized iron, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, copper, stainless steel, etc.) and pretreatment, the adhesion must be tested and confirmed before coating. The special diluent provided by our company must be used, and the performance of the film will be affected if the non special diluent is used. The mixed coating should be used up within 4h, so as not to affect the film performance or harden due to the change of composition.
